  If you identify an issue, contact the specific Bella Bridesmaids showroom where you placed your order within 48 hours of delivery.

  Provide Documentation

  Submit clear photographs of the concern along with your order number to our stylists for a formal quality review with the designer.

  Resolution Process

  If a defect is confirmed, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or adjustment at no additional cost to ensure your dress is wedding-ready.
